I cannot say enough good things about Geiser Berner. I have known this company and its professionals for years. They are consistently reliable, professional and extremely skilled. Last night after running the dishwasher water began pooling under the sink then running onto the floor. I attributed it to the dishwasher hose as I rarely run it. So, I called my "Go-To" guys late morning. After the owners asked several facts-finding questions, Mike came out @45 minutes later. Wearing a mask, he stood an appropriate distance away from the door when I opened it. He entered the house and immediately wiped his feet with a cloth he brought with him. He immediately identified the problem, which had nothing to do with the dishwasher, explained what the true issue was and the solution. After returning from the truck with some packing, he solved the problem. Mike also explained to me how plumbing systems work and how this had been an unknown to me ongoing problem that "burst". Mike was extremely efficient, possessed excellent problem-solving skills, professional and very personable. I was and am incredibly grateful! I strongly recommend Geiser Berner.
